By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using WML Elements Pro, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. License

WML Elements Pro is licensed—not sold—under a per-site subscription license. Your license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin on the number of websites included in your purchased plan.

  • Single Site License – Use on one website.
  • Developer License – Use on up to 25 websites.
  • Agency License – Use on unlimited client websites.

You may install the plugin on client websites that you build or maintain, provided you do not transfer ownership of the plugin files or license key to third parties.

2. Permitted Use

  • Install and activate the plugin on the number of licensed websites.
  • Use the plugin to build websites for yourself or your clients.
  • Customize layouts and functionality using the plugin’s available settings and controls.

3. Prohibited Use

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the plugin or its source files.
  • Share or publish your license key.
  • Use the plugin to develop or distribute a competing widget library or substantially similar commercial product.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, or licensing information.

4. Updates and Support

An active subscription includes plugin updates and access to support during the subscription period. If your subscription expires, the plugin will continue functioning on existing installations, but you will no longer receive updates or support until your license is renewed.

5. Intellectual Property

WML Elements Pro, including its source code, assets, documentation, branding, and related materials, remains the exclusive intellectual property of WebMindsLab. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software.

6. Disclaimer

WML Elements Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party product, or that the software will be completely error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebMindsLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, WML Elements Pro.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Skopje, North Macedonia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of WML Elements Pro after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Demo Content and Stock Images

WML Elements Pro may include demo content, stock photography, illustrations, icons, and other visual assets for demonstration and design purposes. Such assets may be sourced from third-party platforms and remain subject to their respective licenses and usage terms. Demo images are provided as part of the visual presentation of templates and examples and are not intended to be redistributed or resold as standalone assets. Where applicable, customers are responsible for replacing demo content with their own content or ensuring that any continued use complies with the applicable third-party license terms.
