Digital Product Policy

WML Elements Pro is a digital software product. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and the plugin download has been accessed.

However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with WML Elements Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided that:

  • You have not violated these Terms and Conditions.
  • This is your first refund request for your account.
  • You provide a brief reason for the refund so we can continue improving the product.

To request a refund, email hello@webmindslab.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
  • Compatibility issues with plugins, themes, or third-party software that are not officially supported by Bricks Builder.
  • Violation of the license agreement or Terms and Conditions.
  • License renewal payments, which are non-refundable.

License Deactivation

If a refund is approved, your license key will be deactivated immediately. You must remove WML Elements Pro from all websites where it has been installed.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with WML Elements Pro, we encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. In most cases, we can resolve the issue quickly and help you get the plugin working as expected.
